Alumus Ali Zaheer’s TransCrypts secures $2.4 million, uses blockchain to help Ukrainian refugees

U of T Computer Science graduate Ali Zaheer is the co-founder of TransCrypts, a startup helping Ukrainian healthcare organizations and refugees access medical records securely with blockchain technology. Recently, TransCrypts is expanding to help those impacted by earthquakes in Turkey.
